About Us
I've always loved gardening, and decided to retire from the tile and stone industry (I was an insaller and later a tile and stone contractor from 1985 - 2008) and begin a new carier in agriculture as a small scale intensive farming and nursery work. I began my new venture in 2008. I run a small (45 membership) CSA program from my farm in Mulino, Oregon (about 10 miles south of Oregon City on hwy 213) and also offer custom growing of select livestock and poultry, plants for the home gardener and farmer, as well as growing specialty greens and other crops for the CSA members and other clients.

Ingredients
I may be working with a co-processor to produce jams, jellies, etc. If/when I am able to offer these types of products, I'll list the ingredients here and on the labels.
Practices (our standards for raising or making our products)
I follow organic practices as my primary growing and animal husbandry protocols. However I do use conventionally produced potting soils, feeds and forages for my animals. I use horse manure and wood chips to build soils for the cropping areas on the farm. I only use dewormers, or pesticides on an as needed basis, and where possible, only use OMRI approved products, however, when a disease is present or an animal's life is threatened by disease or parisites, I use what ever I or my veterinarians deem the most appropriate and efficatious.
Additional Information
The farm is located on 6.67 acres in Mulino. I raise goats for meat production, have emus for meat and oil, and offer custom growing of poultry and fowl. I also have (ocassionaly) aged laying hens and roosters for sale (live or slaughtered).
The farm is also a member of the Molalla Country Farm Loop and I will be offering classes and workshops on small scale market gardening, and other topics related to my style of farming.
